Shipping & Handling

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $85 (before taxes, discounts) qualify for free shipping within the US.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-72 hours, but can take up to 5 business days during peak seasons.
  • Shipping Time:
    • Western US: 5-10 business days
    • Eastern US: 6-20 business days
    • International: Not available, refer to tracking information for updates.
  • Adult Signature Required: All vape mail orders require an adult signature (21+) for delivery. There is a $7 fee for this service.
  • PUDO point: PAVALABS offers pick-up at a local business location through PUDO point.
  • International Shipping: PAVALABS  does not ship to all countries. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees associated with international orders.
  • Lost or Undelivered Packages: PAVALABS  is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier to resolve these issues.

Important Notes:

  • PAVALABS  cannot ship to certain locations due to legal restrictions. These locations include some states, cities, and counties.
  • PAVALABS  recommends checking with your local authorities for regulations regarding e-cigarettes and vaping products.

PAVALABS  will not be responsible for packages shown as Delivered when it is shipped to third-party shipping carriers. Any issues that arise with such shipments that are marked delivered  must be resolved by the customer with the third-party shipping company.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Element Vape is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

How are replacement parts shipped?

All replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using Standard Shipping.
